Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance custom software components using modern programming frameworks.
- Develop scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Lead process improvements that increase team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Support system integration and troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and coding custom software components with modern programming frameworks.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
