Responsibilities

Analyze requirements, design, develop, unit test, debug, and maintain software for releases, prototypes, customer escalations, and proofs of concept.
Author custom Python Ansible modules and roles for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and storage operations.
Develop concurrent Go code and collaborate on Terraform provider development, testing, validation, documentation, and publishing.
Own and expand automation capabilities for new product requirements and customer use cases.
Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, containerized applications, cloud providers, and storage-centric products.
Investigate performance bottlenecks and resolve technical issues with development, test, solutions engineering, product, and customer teams.
Create test procedures, workflows, diagrams, user guides, presentations, and technical training materials.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience developing Python software and at least 5 years of Go programming experience.
Strong experience with multithreading, locking, caching, goroutines, channels, mutexes, context propagation, and access control.
Hands-on experience authoring, testing, packaging, and publishing custom Ansible modules and collections.
Hands-on experience developing and consuming Terraform modules and authoring Terraform providers using the Terraform Plugin SDK v2 or Plugin Framework.
Experience managing MSSQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB, with MSSQL required.
At least 5 years of Linux experience, including shell scripting and CI/CD pipeline development.
Experience with cloud providers, Docker, Kubernetes, UI technologies, Git, IIS, Jenkins, and Selenium.
Experience publishing and maintaining GitHub libraries and Terraform Registry providers.
Strong writing, documentation, verbal communication, presentation, and technical training skills.
SAN storage experience with Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NVMe-oF, or storage array management APIs is preferred.
