Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.
- Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs.
- Build intuitive, responsive, and performant user interfaces.
- Collaborate with QA and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support application performance and reliability.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails and React.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and query optimization.
- Experience building and consuming APIs and understanding responsive web development.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with enterprise identity management solutions such as FusionAuth or equivalent.
- Experience working on applications deployed in AWS-based environments.
- Understanding of scalable application architecture, event-driven systems, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with Git and Agile development methodologies.
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Preferred experience with event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, multi-tenant SaaS or enterprise software, and search, messaging, or workflow-driven applications.
