Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk with customers and translate ambiguous needs into product solutions.
- Build full-stack agents and features connecting models with tools, data, and customer-facing interfaces.
- Develop workflows for campaign briefs, contests, creator invitations, and published content.
- Test brand and creator experiences end to end and improve them using customer feedback, usage data, and agent evaluations.
- Use AI coding tools, verify their output, and collaborate through decisions, demos, and code reviews.
Requirements
- Proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Experience shipping and maintaining products across the frontend and backend, including customer-facing web application features.
- Experience with APIs and web service design.
- Experience using AI tools to build agents or AI-powered features.
- Experience or background in creator marketing or e-commerce is relevant.
