Base Salary

$168k - $227k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect and deliver a scalable, end-to-end platform for network observability.
  • Design and implement distributed orchestration systems coordinating across domain-specific internal and external services.
  • Build AI/ML foundation capabilities, knowledge-base architectures, and intelligent automation frameworks.
  • Own system design, development, test automation, and production validation for network health, monitoring, and alerting.
  • Provide technical leadership while solving complex problems involving artificial intelligence, distributed systems, and telecom networks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
  • At least 5 years of programming experience with one or more software programming languages.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including reliability and scaling.
  • Experience mentoring, serving as a tech lead, or leading an engineering team.
  • Preferred: at least 5 years of full software development lifecycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted refugee or asylee due to export-control requirements.
