Base Salary
$210k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Advise senior executives on Physical AI architecture, feasibility, and transformation.
- Own technical standards, architecture judgment, and complex escalations across the Physical AI practice.
- Personally lead delivery of high-value physical AI and automation programs with measurable business outcomes.
- Build, coach, and manage technical teams and develop engineers and consultants into delivery leaders.
- Shape technical strategy, reference architectures, reusable accelerators, and reusable intellectual property.
- Integrate Physical AI architecture with digital, sustainability, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Serve as the senior technical voice on deal teams and contribute to revenue and profitability through delivery excellence.
Requirements
- 8+ years of consulting or equivalent senior industry leadership, with personal ownership of end-to-end physical AI programs spanning perception, modeling, and execution.
- Demonstrated delivery of production solutions with measurable business outcomes in real operating environments.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or an equivalent field is preferred; deep hands-on experience can substitute.
- Executive presence grounded in technical depth and experience leading interdisciplinary technical teams.
- Experience building teams, coaching technical talent, and managing performance.
- Expertise in computer vision, industrial IoT, sensors, telemetry, digital twins, simulation, robotics, and automation systems.
- Strong architecture tradeoff and system-design skills across hardware, software, and workflow integration points.
- Understanding of governance, safety, privacy, risk, MLOps, and Responsible AI practices for physical and robotic systems.
