Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Drive secure, scalable, and cost-optimized AI system development on Azure and AWS.
- Provide technical leadership on architecture, engineering practices, and AI initiatives.
- Define and enforce AI governance frameworks, safety guardrails, and compliance standards.
- Design secure AI pipelines and MLOps workflows for production deployments.
- Lead Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, hybrid search, LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and agent-based system design.
- Establish AI evaluation, monitoring, and performance-tracking frameworks.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
- Mentor engineers and build an internal AI/ML community of practice.
- Develop reusable frameworks, enablement assets, reference architectures, and organization-wide best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects and teams.
- Strong Python programming and machine learning framework expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLM orchestration, and agentic frameworks.
- Advanced prompt engineering and context management skills.
- Proven MLOps and production AI deployment experience.
- Strong experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Experience with vector databases, retrieval systems, RAG architectures, and retrieval strategies.
- Experience with AI governance, safety, and evaluation frameworks.
- Solid foundation in data analytics and data engineering concepts.
- Experience in title insurance or financial services is desirable.
