Responsibilities
- Execute and support Qualcomm’s worldwide Compute go-to-market strategy.
- Support enterprise customers with Windows on Snapdragon product commercialization and timely product evaluation.
- Troubleshoot and perform detailed triage, analysis, and resolution of BIOS and driver issues.
- Debug enterprise application issues, reproduce problems, and collaborate with platform and technology teams on resolution.
- Analyze customer software and hardware systems to identify application root causes and solutions.
- Support Snapdragon ecosystem issue analysis and engagement.
- Provide remote support and help customers identify solutions on Windows 10/11 systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years, master’s degree plus 3+ years, or PhD plus 2+ years of relevant software applications engineering or software development experience.
- At least 2 years of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting experience with independent problem solving.
- At least 2 years of experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- At least 1 year of experience with debugging techniques.
- Strong C/C++ programming, application development, debugging, testing, driver debugging, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Windows application development, Windows drivers, Windows debugging, Windows command-line tools, and embedded system software is preferred.
- Preferred qualifications include technical sales management, complex solution development, commercial device adoption, technology or product launches, cross-organizational collaboration, customer education, evangelism, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
