Responsibilities
- Translate RFPs, RFIs, and business needs into technical architectures spanning data engineering, data visualization, AI, generative AI, and agents.
- Create end-to-end architecture diagrams covering data ingestion, consumption, AI, and agent-based solutions.
- Align LLMs, vector databases, graph databases, agents, APIs, and other technology components with business use cases.
- Prepare ADM effort estimates and obtain validation from AI and Data subject matter experts.
- Design onshore, offshore, and nearshore staffing models and pyramid structures.
- Develop PowerPoint solution plans and contribute to proposals, statements of work, and contracting documents.
- Participate in solution and delivery reviews, present and defend solutions, and maintain alignment between sales and delivery teams.
- Transition finalized solutions to delivery teams after deal closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of relevant IT industry experience in AI/Data delivery or presales.
- Strong experience with AI and generative AI in systems integration or application-development projects.
- Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience designing solutions using Model Context Protocol, Agent-to-Agent, and other relevant protocols.
- Ability to convert business processes into agentic workflows and select between traditional AI models and modern AI technology stacks.
- Understanding of token economics and the ability to design for cost and performance impacts.
- Ability to identify, drive, quantify, and justify productivity improvements within solutions.
- Basic Microsoft Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, filters, and VLOOKUP.
- Strong stakeholder-management, communication, cross-functional, global-environment, and client-facing consulting skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and leadership/client storytelling experience are preferred.
