Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, evaluate, troubleshoot, and support software applications and systems across development, test, and production environments.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements, determine design feasibility, and recommend viable solutions to business and technical problems.
- Contribute to technical discussions, team decisions, process improvements, and Agile delivery activities.
- Maintain current knowledge of software technologies and programming practices through continuing education and professional development.
- Communicate and collaborate with Technology teams, business partners, stakeholders, and varied audiences.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent formal training.
- Entry-level experience developing software engineering skills is required.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language is required.
- Preferred knowledge includes data structures, algorithms, debugging, testing, object-oriented design, API development, integrations, service-oriented architectures, AWS cloud services, and generative AI concepts.
- Preferred programming experience includes Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Node.js, or similar object-oriented languages.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the United States, be at least 18 years old, meet attendance and appearance standards, and be able to travel as needed.
