Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain robust, scalable software solutions using modern engineering practices.
- Build backend systems, project libraries, RESTful APIs, and integrations with third-party APIs using C# and .NET.
- Develop front-end functionality using a modern JavaScript framework such as React or Angular.
- Lead code reviews, champion maintainability and resilience, and mentor fellow engineers.
- Partner with Product Management and UX/UI Design to translate requirements and user stories into technical solutions.
- Drive platform scaling strategy through architectural patterns such as microservices, serverless, and event-driven design.
- Collaborate with Customer Support and Professional Services to diagnose and resolve complex customer issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum planning, sprints, retrospectives, and continuous process improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS products.
- Deep proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, project libraries, and backend systems.
- Experience with a modern front-end JavaScript framework such as React or Angular.
- Experience designing, consuming, and integrating third-party APIs.
- Ability to work effectively and asynchronously within a globally distributed team.
- Understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies and a continuous-improvement mindset.
- Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.
- Ability to write Claude or Cursor Skills and create agent orchestrations for software development.
