Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software features for enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Build reliable and scalable services, APIs, and customer-facing capabilities.
- Participate in technical design, code reviews, and production support activities.
- Collaborate with product management, QA, UX/UI, and other engineers.
- Contribute to improvements in performance, reliability, and security.
- Follow and help improve agile development and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance.
- Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with SaaS platforms or enterprise software.
- Strong programming experience with Java, C#, .NET, or similar technologies.
- Experience with databases such as MySQL or SQL.
- Familiarity with agile development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
