Responsibilities
- Execute the end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation.
- Design and implement automated test suites and evaluate automation frameworks for efficiency.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation strategies with project goals.
- Document and communicate testing processes and results to stakeholders.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Perform independently and develop subject matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Test Automation Strategy.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks and tools relevant to quality engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automated test suites.
- Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and quality assurance principles.
