Responsibilities

Design, develop, and automate large-scale, high-performance streaming data processing systems.
Build scalable infrastructure and pipelines using best-in-class software engineering practices.
Ensure the platform supports high availability, reliability, and low-latency.
Take full ownership from solution investigation to operational health.
Establish and execute short and long-term architectural roadmaps.
Drive continuous improvement to the efficiency and flexibility of the data, platform, and services.
Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to understand data requirements.
Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.

10+ years of professional software development experience.
5+ years of experience in data-related products with proficiency in Spark, Flink, Spring, and Java.
Experience with open-source frameworks and technologies like Spring, AWS, APIs, and NoSQL.
Excellent coding skills with emphasis on data structures, algorithms, and performance improvement.
Distributed systems experience is a must, skilled at designing and maintaining systems at scale.
Ability to take ownership and thrive in an environment with unclear priorities.
Comfortable working and learning in an agile, fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
