Responsibilities
- Design development toolkits and productized solutions for large-scale recommendation systems.
- Develop metrics-driven gray release systems and safe, stable release workflows.
- Improve observability, end-to-end tracing, and issue attribution across global multi-region and multi-data-center environments.
- Build algorithm engineering toolchains covering experimentation, model development, and deployment.
- Overhaul platform ecosystem architectures and develop data intelligence assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience designing and developing large-scale systems.
- Proficiency in at least one of Go, Python, or C++, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to independently lead the technical design and implementation of complex systems and components.
- Strong product sense and ability to balance requirements, technical solutions, timelines, and delivery quality.
- Preferred: deep understanding of large language models, familiarity with LLM principles and applications, and hands-on Agent system design experience.
- Preferred: experience with recommendation, advertising, or search systems, or with GDPR and CCPA privacy compliance frameworks.
