Responsibilities

Design and review end-to-end solutions for complex Python and Angular applications.
Create scalable high-level architecture designs aligned with business objectives.
Define and enforce architecture standards, development best practices, and coding guidelines.
Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Mentor development teams and provide hands-on technical guidance through design and code reviews.
Ensure solutions are cloud-ready and optimized for cost, performance, security, and reliability.
Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with the principal architecture strategy.
Work in a distributed delivery model across geographies and time zones.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where applicable.

6–9 years of experience in architecture or related software development work.
Experience designing solutions for Python- and Angular-based applications.
Experience with scalable architecture, architecture standards, design reviews, and coding guidelines.
Ability to provide technical mentorship and hands-on guidance to development teams.
Knowledge of cloud-ready, cost-effective, performant, secure, and reliable solution design.
