Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and customize applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into technical specifications and practical software solutions.
- Deliver software components on time while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Evaluate existing applications and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Participate independently as a subject-matter expert and contribute to team problem-solving.
- Share knowledge and guide junior team members.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Project Management.
- Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping & Conversions and Workday Project Management.
- Experience configuring and customizing enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
