Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate complex business processes into technical specifications and practical software solutions.
- Deliver software components on time while maintaining quality and performance standards.
- Evaluate existing applications and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Participate in team discussions and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Project Management.
- Proficiency in Workday Data Mapping and Conversions.
- Experience configuring and customizing enterprise applications.
- Understanding of project lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory Workday-related certification.
