Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software solutions as part of a collaborative team.
Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers and colleagues.
Design applications and develop shared or reusable software components.
Build and support AI-enabled solutions using LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, structured extraction, agentic patterns, and prompt engineering.
Participate in project planning and effort estimation.
Share technical expertise, guide others through problem-solving, mentor colleagues, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional colleagues and support other teams and continuous improvement efforts.

Strong understanding of software development practices and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues while guiding others.
Proficiency in Python and direct experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Bedrock, or Azure OpenAI.
Experience with RAG pipeline concepts including chunking, embeddings, vector stores, and retrieval quality.
Experience with structured extraction using Pydantic or similar schema-driven approaches.
Understanding of agentic patterns and orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent implementations.
Experience with prompt engineering and awareness of evaluating and testing LLM outputs.
Deep expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including schema design, performance optimization, stored procedures, and advanced troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts in .NET and security engineering principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript/Node.js is preferred.
