Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of enterprise-wide ML and generative AI/agentic architectures.
- Own end-to-end AI initiative delivery from ideation and proof of concept through deployment and scaling.
- Create reusable generative AI and agentic assets, accelerators, and frameworks.
- Oversee deployment of AI models across platforms while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, data privacy, and ethical practices.
- Establish AI architecture and deployment governance, standards, and best practices.
- Develop strategies for continuous delivery and maintainable AI solution operations.
- Mentor and lead technical teams and architects.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and coordinate delivery among business lines, technology teams, and clients.
- Lead large-scale AI solution deployments and manage cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
- 18+ years of experience in enterprise architecture and solution delivery focused on ML and generative AI technologies.
- At least 8 years of experience solutioning end-to-end products or assets using multiple technology components, including AI/ML and generative AI.
- Experience developing AI-powered solutions at scale, preferably in client-facing environments.
- Deep understanding of agentic and generative AI frameworks, LangChain, LLM-based services, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices.
- Strong understanding of containerization with Docker and Kubernetes and microservices architecture.
- Experience leading large-scale AI solution deployments and cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to industry-specific use cases such as SAP, Salesforce, finance, and supply chain.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, strategic thinking, analytical, and team leadership skills.
