Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end machine learning solutions for classification, regression, recommendation, forecasting, clustering, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Perform feature engineering, experimentation, hyperparameter tuning, model evaluation, validation, explainability, monitoring, and retraining.
- Develop LLM-powered applications, RAG systems, AI copilots, intelligent assistants, and agentic workflows.
- Implement prompt engineering, prompt optimization, evaluation frameworks, structured output generation, and guardrails.
- Develop production-grade AI services, APIs, SDKs, reusable components, shared libraries, and microservices.
- Design scalable APIs and event-driven architectures using AWS services and containerized deployments.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, exploratory analysis, and business insight generation using SQL and large-scale datasets.
- Apply software engineering practices including object-oriented design, design patterns, SOLID principles, clean coding, version control, code reviews, and release management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles.
- Strong hands-on Python experience for production-grade AI and machine learning applications.
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience handling structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms including classification, regression, clustering, recommendation systems, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
- Experience with Scikit-Learn, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost.
- Practical NLP and deep learning experience using TensorFlow or PyTorch, including transformers, embeddings, semantic search, summarization, information extraction, and conversational AI.
- Hands-on experience building enterprise-grade generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with LangChain or LangGraph and with designing APIs, microservices, SDKs, and reusable AI components.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including EKS, SNS, SQS, Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, plus Docker-based deployment.
- Preferred experience includes Apache Spark, CrewAI or similar multi-agent frameworks, OpenSearch, pgvector, knowledge graphs, GraphRAG, Kafka, and event-driven architectures.
