Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities where AI agents can help and build agents accordingly.
- Work with department leads to assess AI needs.
- Connect agents to appropriate third-party and internal tools.
- Measure agent results and remove agents that do not deliver.
- Test and adopt effective new tools and models.
- Advise others on AI capabilities and how to use them effectively.
- Build, run, and manage a team of AI agents.
Requirements
- Experience building autonomous agents that perform meaningful work.
- Strong experience with Grok, Claude, OpenAI, and open-source AI.
- Comfort with Go, TypeScript, GraphQL, Postgres, and GCP.
- Ability to write clearly in English.
