Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and deploy applications that meet business process and application requirements.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders and translate them into software solutions.
- Develop data integrations, transformations, and pipelines within analytics environments.
- Ensure applications are scalable, maintainable, secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Monitor and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to minimize downtime and improve user satisfaction.
- Participate independently as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience developing and deploying applications using cloud-based data analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration, data transformation, and pipeline development in analytics environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and programming languages used in data analytics and application development.
- Ability to optimize application performance and ensure data security and compliance within analytics platforms.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education.
