Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom business applications using Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft and cloud services.
- Lead all phases of the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for Power Platform solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Serve as the Power Platform Subject Matter Expert and mentor junior developers.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing solutions with Microsoft Power Platform.
- Proven ability to build complex Canvas and Model-Driven apps.
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE).
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
- Experience with at least one programming or scripting language.
- Experience with data and document migration and integration.
- Experience with 3rd party tools or technologies is a plus.
- Experience with source control and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II certification is required.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to client site.
