Base Salary
$120k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead customer implementation engagements from onboarding to production deployment on Game Warden.
- Implement secure cloud-native deployment patterns in regulated environments.
- Manage application onboarding, platform migrations, and production cutovers.
- Navigate ATO processes and government change control procedures.
- Design secure deployment strategies with customer application teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and operational handoff.
- Identify and improve recurring implementation challenges.
- Contribute to technical documentation and reusable implementation guides.
- Mentor Customer Operations Engineers in planning and execution.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, or related fields.
- Deep experience with cloud-native applications on Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud providers like AWS GovCloud or Azure Government.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and deployment automation tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and application layers.
- Familiarity with secure software delivery practices in regulated environments.
- Excellent communication skills for leading technical engagements.
- Passion for mentoring and improving implementation processes.
