Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement software applications for internal servicing tools.
- Build new features end to end for customer servicing and operations.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product, and external vendors for integrations.
- Solve complex problems involving large scale money movement and sensitive data.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in fintech or consumer technology.
- Experience building and scaling customer-facing or internal platform products.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
- Familiarity with banking systems, financial transactions, APIs, and security standards.
- Ability to work independently and mentor others.
