Responsibilities
- Design, build, and own core components of the agent platform.
- Build and evolve the capabilities layer for operational workflows.
- Architect the knowledge and memory infrastructure for agent functionality.
- Design and implement trust and safety frameworks for AI operations.
- Contribute to agent evaluation and testing infrastructure.
- Partner with Operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Mentor other engineers as the team grows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of backend systems engineering experience.
- Experience with AI/LLM agent platform development.
- Proficient in API design and system integration.
- Strong product thinking and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable with self-direction and project ownership.
