Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver production-ready conversational AI agents for large-scale enterprises.
- Own the AI agent lifecycle from early pilot through launch and ongoing refinement.
- Develop agents for customer experience use cases such as retention and churn reduction.
- Build reusable agent frameworks tailored to different industries.
- Lead design partnerships involving agent architectures, self-service features, and generative development workflows.
- Integrate emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
- Establish standards for constructing, evaluating, and improving AI agents in production.
- Feed field-derived patterns and problems into the evolution of NiCE’s platform, tools, and product roadmap.
- Collaborate directly with enterprise decision-makers to solve high-priority business challenges.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems at scale.
- Strong technical problem-solving ability in rapidly changing and loosely defined environments.
- Experience developing or operating AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a major plus.
- Working knowledge of AI agent evaluation frameworks, orchestration tooling, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with React, TypeScript, and/or Go is advantageous.
- Comfort working directly with customers to understand problems and deliver practical solutions.
- Customer-facing or externally led technical experience is a plus.
- Clear, direct communication skills with the ability to persuade engineers and executives.
- Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and align technical and business teams.
- Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued.
