Responsibilities

- Manage the entire AI agent lifecycle from pilot to launch and refinement.
- Collaborate with decision-makers to address high-priority challenges.
- Develop agentic systems that outperform human operators.

- Drive design partnerships for new product directions.
- Integrate emerging voice models into enterprise-grade deployments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building and operating end-to-end production systems.
- Startup founder or early engineer experience is highly valued.
- Proven technical problem-solving ability in dynamic environments.
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered systems in production is a plus.
- Familiarity with the current AI agent toolkit and technologies.
- Comfortable working face-to-face with customers.
- Strong communication skills to engage with both engineers and executives.
