Responsibilities
- Build the SaaS platform layer for the AI voice agent.
- Work across the full stack, addressing the highest-priority tasks.
- Get features in front of real partners and SMBs quickly.
- Influence through code quality and smart trade-offs.
- Automate slow or repetitive processes in the development cycle.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software design and system architecture.
- Experience in building and launching products in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proficiency in using AI development tools effectively.
- Ability to assess AI-generated code for quality.
- Experience with real-time systems, voice/telephony, or conversational AI is a plus.
