Base Salary
$146k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, improve, and maintain secure, durable, performant infrastructure for APIs, AI operations, web applications, and data mining/ETL workflows.
- Collaborate with developers to bring new products and services into production.
- Automate testing, deployment, and monitoring across the software development lifecycle.
- Improve operational processes to support scalability, security, availability, and established SLAs.
- Meet information security and compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CMMC.
- Implement and maintain security measures across infrastructure components.
- Support production infrastructure, release automation, system administration, configuration, and system debugging.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Cloud Ops, Platform Ops, or DevOps roles maintaining production infrastructure.
- Experience supporting highly available SaaS or cloud service provider environments is preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of AWS services including EC2, ECS or EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, S3, CodeBuild, CodePipeline, CodeDeploy, and VPC Lattice.
- Strong working knowledge of Terraform or similar tools, Ansible, AWS CLI/SDK, and Boto.
- Proficiency with Python, Bash, and Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting for bare-metal and containerized workloads.
- Experience supporting AI and ML systems, agent orchestration frameworks such as AgentCore, and production LLM integrations.
- Experience with Databricks or Snowflake infrastructure, AI and LLM workload cost optimization, or internal developer platforms is preferred.
