Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of software applications.
- Act as an SME, primary point of contact, and central liaison across teams.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Oversee best practices and adherence to project timelines.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Develop responsive and scalable user interfaces and troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is additionally stated.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components is required.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design principles.
- Experience developing responsive and scalable user interfaces.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs.
- Understanding of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
