Base Salary
$147k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build agentic-first solutions for a self-maintaining codebase.
- Transform execution trajectories into actionable loss analysis and develop automated agent skill-improvement workflows.
- Improve agent success rates across complex, multi-repository codebase maintenance tasks.
- Work on AI verifiers, quality hillclimbing, agent skill auto-improvement, coding-agent evaluation, and trajectory analysis.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across DE, the US, and India to define technical roadmaps, align stakeholders, and oversee project execution.
- Understand customer needs and balance requirements across multiple Product Areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience coding with Python.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Generative AI.
- At least 2 years of experience working with Large Language Models.
