Responsibilities
- Define and govern automation architecture across ITIL phases, including HLD, LLD, and engineering standards.
- Act as the design authority for Python automation, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build agent orchestration, tool-calling, RAG over runbooks, and knowledge assistants.
- Automate ticket triage, routing, auto-remediation, root-cause analysis, batch processing, health checks, data fixes, access workflows, and reporting.
- Lead SRE and observability capabilities including SLI/SLOs, golden signals, self-healing, event correlation, and alert-noise reduction.
- Govern integrations, CI/CD, coding standards, and Responsible AI guardrails.
- Build the automation business case, present outcomes to stakeholders and leadership, and mentor the team.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience is required; the technical requirements also specify 10+ years in software or automation engineering.
- Advanced Python experience with enterprise automation architecture, production assets, and architecture ownership.
- Hands-on experience developing with Generative AI and Agentic AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, LLM integration, and guardrails.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI on Azure OpenAI or Amazon Bedrock.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting integration, and event-driven design.
- Experience with SRE, event correlation, observability, DevOps/CI/CD, and ITIL.
- Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or ELK is required in the stated technical skills.
- Stakeholder management skills and the ability to articulate business outcomes to client architects and leadership.
- Preferred experience includes vector databases, knowledge graphs, Azure, AWS, and GCP.
- Preferred certifications include Python, cloud, Generative AI, ITIL, or observability certifications.
- A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
