Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end data analytics solutions and lead teams by example while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design, build, and support customer analytical platforms using Java and/or Python.
- Develop and support batch-processing and streaming data pipelines.
- Design and support AI-enabled assistants, chatbots, automation solutions, and MCP-based enterprise tool integrations.
- Develop Python automation services and backend integrations for enterprise systems.
- Deploy and support applications on Kubernetes and edge platforms using GitOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understand stakeholder requirements and guide team members through technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- At least 8+ years of experience.
- Proficiency in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL database technologies and Hadoop and Hive big data technologies.
- Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including tool usage, multi-step orchestration, and Model Context Protocol.
- Preferred experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Spark, and Kafka for batch and streaming data pipelines.
- Familiarity with agile software development and test-driven development approaches.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
