Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack applications using React/TypeScript and C#/.NET.
- Build and integrate REST APIs and backend services.
- Deliver cloud-native, production-grade applications.
- Implement automated unit, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Support CI/CD, GitHub workflows, and modern DevSecOps practices.
- Provide production support, observability, and troubleshooting.
- Design or build AI, agentic, or conversational applications with intent classification, orchestration, API and tool integration, and human escalation.
- Provide technical leadership and contribute to engineering design, problem-solving, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development experience with React/TypeScript and C#/.NET.
- Strong experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
- Experience delivering cloud-native, production-grade applications.
- Strong automated testing experience across unit, API, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience with production support, observability, and troubleshooting.
- Principal or Staff candidates must have experience designing or building AI, agentic, or conversational applications.
- Preferred experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 Contact Centre, conversational AI, NLU, intent modelling, LLM/GenAI application development, Voice Bot, IVR, PSTN concepts, synthetic conversation and AI-agent testing, agent evaluation, guardrails, responsible AI, Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, and contact-centre routing and queue/workstream concepts.
- Strong engineering design, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
