
Software Engineer - AI/ML with Python

- Design, develop, train, validate, deploy, monitor, and optimize machine learning and AI models.
- Build end-to-end ML pipelines covering data preprocessing, training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop Python-based automation for test suites, model validation, and workflow orchestration.
- Integrate ML and automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.
- Maintain consistent build environments using CMake and Bazel.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on MLOps practices, model versioning, and reproducibility.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize ML workloads in AWS environments.
- Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and technical discussions.
- Troubleshoot build, deployment, and performance issues across environments.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on AI/Machine Learning development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python for automation, ML model development, and testing.
- Extensive experience automating test suites and processes with Python.
- Experience integrating ML and automation workflows into CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Git, GitLab, and GitHub.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices involving build, release, and deployment automation.
- Experience using AWS cloud services for ML model deployment and infrastructure.
- Practical experience with CMake and Bazel for stable build environment management.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Knowledge of ML fundamentals, algorithms, and model lifecycle management.
- Preferred experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Pandas, NumPy, Spark, REST APIs or microservices, and cloud monitoring and logging tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and independent working skills.
