Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable Python-based generative AI applications.
- Implement and optimize GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, FLAN-T5, and other generative AI models.
- Build advanced RAG pipelines with embeddings, indexing, chunking, reranking, prompts, and evaluation.
- Integrate multiple data sources and AI functionality into broader systems and applications.
- Manage GPU memory and performance using AWS, Azure, and Databricks GPU machines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and assist delivery leads with client AI solutions.
- Document requirements and specifications and contribute to reliable, high-performance systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an NLP and Python developer.
- 5+ years of experience in data science and hands-on machine learning model development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, machine learning, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of NLP evolution, training-data creation, model training setup, and fine-tuning.
- Strong Python programming skills and experience with NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Jupyter, and AI or data-analysis frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG pipelines, predictive and prescriptive analytics, supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and artificial neural networks.
- Experience with NLTK and text analytics for information extraction, parsing, and topic modeling.
- SQL skills and SQL Server and Spark experience are preferred but not required.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Databricks is preferred.
- Familiarity with testing tools, GitHub, and Jira, along with strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
