Responsibilities
- Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative AI and Agentic AI to automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Provide application support by troubleshooting incidents, resolving issues, fulfilling service requests, and maintaining critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Lead solution delivery independently, contribute as a subject matter expert, and participate actively in team discussions.
- Communicate with stakeholders, provide timely issue-resolution updates, document solutions, and share knowledge.
- Contribute to best practices for application support and resolve work-related problems.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
- Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Ability to align AI capabilities with business objectives while addressing scalability, responsible use, and value realization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, modern programming languages and frameworks, and the ITIL framework.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
