Responsibilities
- Design and implement agent architecture patterns and agentic AI solutions.
- Develop multi-agent workflows that use LLMs, external APIs, tools, retrieval, memory, and state management.
- Apply prompt and context engineering, tool or function calling, and agentic RAG.
- Design human-in-the-loop and autonomous workflows for enterprise business processes.
- Evaluate LLM and GPT-based solutions and apply evaluation-driven development.
- Implement responsible AI controls, guardrails, and JSON/Pydantic validation.
- Optimize agent solutions for cost, latency, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with Agentic Architects, Integration Developers, and Business Analysts to deliver working agent solutions.
- Act as a liaison between clients and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations, and communicate service health, risks, performance, and consumption trends.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with Python is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Experience with agentic frameworks such as Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, and ADK.
- Experience with Azure/OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, Gemini, Azure AI Studio, GPT model usage and evaluation, agent memory patterns, RAG, and validation techniques.
