Responsibilities
- 업무용 AI 에이전트 workflow 기능을 개선하고 테스트합니다.
- 사내 업무 도구 및 외부 시스템 연동 기능 개발을 보조합니다.
- LLM tool calling, agent skill, prompt 동작을 검증하고 품질을 개선합니다.
- 에이전트 실행 로그, 실패 사례 및 평가 결과를 분석하고 개선합니다.
- 모니터링 화면, 문서화 및 운영 자동화 등 개발 생산성 개선 업무를 수행합니다.
- 컨테이너·클라우드 기반 에이전트 실행 환경을 이해하고 운영을 보조합니다.
Requirements
- 컴퓨터공학, 소프트웨어 또는 AI 관련 전공의 학사·석사 재학생 또는 졸업생이어야 합니다.
- Python 또는 TypeScript/JavaScript 중 하나 이상으로 간단한 애플리케이션을 개발할 수 있어야 합니다.
- Git을 활용한 협업 개발 경험이 필요합니다.
- REST API, JSON, CLI 및 Linux의 기본 사용에 익숙해야 합니다.
- LLM 기반 개발 도구를 사용해 본 경험이 있거나 빠르게 학습할 수 있어야 합니다.
- LLM API, AI agent, tool calling, RAG 또는 workflow automation 사용 경험이 우대됩니다.
- 업무 도구·데이터 시스템·내부 API 연동, Docker·Kubernetes·클라우드 환경, 테스트 코드·로그 분석·장애 재현·디버깅 경험이 우대됩니다.
- 내부 구성원과 대화하며 피드백을 수집하고 요구사항을 서비스 개선으로 연결한 경험이 우대됩니다.
