Responsibilities
- Lead the development of internal software products that automate complex release and verification workflows.
- Design and implement high-performance internal services that expose CI/CD capabilities as self-service APIs.
- Build internal software and APIs for programmatic provisioning of test environments.
- Develop intelligent software agents for automated rollout decisions and traffic management.
- Implement observability features into the developer workflow and Internal Developer Portal.
- Manage policies defined as code to enforce compliance and security standards in the CI/CD pipeline.
- Own the provisioning and management of the service fleet using modern IaC patterns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years of progressive industry experience in a software engineering role.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with API-driven internal services, preferably using Go or Rust.
- Deep experience architecting and operating modern CI/CD systems.
- Proven background in designing and deploying systems using container orchestration.
- Experience with advanced deployment strategies and automating real-time decisions.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CDK.
- Strong understanding of the implications of AI-driven code on CI/CD processes.
