Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of automation platforms to orchestrate workflows.
- Design and optimize communication infrastructure for high availability.
- Drive the technical strategy for AI adoption within engineering workflows.
- Develop governance frameworks for safe and compliant AI usage.
- Define and enforce usage standards for developer tools.
- Conduct 'Discovery Design' for new internal products.
- Act as a technical reference and mentor for senior engineers.
Requirements
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Clojure, Java, or Python.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Experience with workflow automation tools and API integration.
- Interest or experience in integrating AI agents into developer workflows.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Ability to design systems balancing efficiency with security.
- Comfortable debugging complex infrastructure issues.
