Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, and smoke testing.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes.
- Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production.
- Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce errors.
- Analyze test results, identify bugs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles.
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
- Experience with test/DevOps automation tools like Selenium and Gearset.
- Familiarity with version control, CI/CD tools, and deployment processes.
