Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical authority for the Oracle Core FS SaaS solution.
- Lead technical analysis of existing legacy financial management systems.
- Design and oversee the development of Core FS enhancements using SaaS and PaaS technologies.
- Develop and review technical specifications for integrations with agency systems.
- Lead technical implementation activities for Initial and Additional Operating Capabilities.
- Support Authority-to-Operate activities ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.
- Provide technical guidance on AI/ML automation capabilities.
- Conduct Operational Readiness Demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the Oracle Trainer and Functional Lead for training development.
- Monitor and manage daily offline processes and report generation.
- Ensure technical deliverables meet accessibility and security requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle ERP technical experience.
- Experience supporting large-scale federal government Oracle ERP implementations.
- Deep expertise in Oracle technical architecture and integrations.
- Experience with data conversion and migration methodology.
- Familiarity with federal cybersecurity frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Card.
- Must be able to clear a federal background investigation.
