Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver end-to-end milestones on the traffic platform.
- Take ownership of complex problems and propose pragmatic solutions.
- Ensure stability and quality of team deliverables through design and testing.
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to align on priorities.
- Utilize AI tools to investigate issues and automate workflows.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and runbooks.
- Mentor other engineers through feedback and collaboration.
- Participate in support and on-call routines to drive platform improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with large-scale, high-performance synchronous distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code tooling.
- Proficient in using AI tools in engineering workflows.
- Led infrastructure platform projects from design to production.
- Familiarity with service-mesh technologies like Istio or Envoy.
- Experience with AWS networking and compute primitives.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Pulumi or Terraform.
- Previously built platform capabilities or shared libraries for engineering teams.
