Base Salary

$115k - $192k/yr

Responsibilities

Build reusable SDKs, sample applications, and reference implementations for AI-enabled software development.
Create developer tooling for local development, testing, evaluation, debugging, and deployment of AI workloads.
Develop templates and examples for chat assistants, summarization, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based workflows.
Translate platform capabilities into technical documentation, implementation guides, and onboarding resources.
Partner with product and engineering teams to drive adoption of scalable and consistent AI solutions.
Gather feedback from early adopters and improve tools, documentation, and the developer experience.
Support internal demos, workshops, hackathons, and innovation initiatives showcasing AI capabilities.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
7–12 years of experience developing backend services, APIs, or developer platforms.
7–12 years of experience creating reusable libraries, SDKs, templates, or internal frameworks used by other engineers.
2–3 years of working knowledge of AI or machine-learning-powered application development.
Python or Java experience is preferred.
Knowledge of developer enablement, platform thinking, problem solving, systems design, usability, reliability, and scalability is required.
