Base Salary
$197k - $246k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, orchestrate, deploy, evaluate, and monitor AI agent workflows across GTM use cases.
- Own the integration and optimization of the GTM technology stack across HubSpot, Salesforce, Databricks, Clay, and emerging AI tooling.
- Automate repetitive GTM workflows using agent-driven or rule-based systems.
- Build and improve data pipelines and enrichment infrastructure for accounts, contacts, intent signals, and competitive positioning.
- Build internal tooling, dashboards, and reporting that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, campaign performance, and agent effectiveness.
- Complete a GTM stack audit, deploy three initial production agent workflows, quantify time savings, and improve enrichment coverage and lead-to-account matching accuracy.
- Define the roadmap and operating model for a new GTM Engineering function as its first hire.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in GTM operations, revenue operations, growth engineering, or sales operations with a strong technical builder orientation.
- Hands-on experience building and shipping automation workflows with tools such as Clay, n8n, Zapier, Workato, or custom scripts.
- Deep fluency with AI agent frameworks, including prompting, chaining, evaluation, and production monitoring.
- Strong data engineering instincts, including SQL, API integrations, and data pipelines.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM architecture, HubSpot or Marketo marketing automation, and enrichment platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, or Apollo.
- Experience operating in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment where rapid iteration was important.
- Ability to define a new function, build its roadmap, and execute independently without waiting for direction.
- Systems-thinking approach to GTM operations and ability to collaborate with engineering teams.
