Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready AI applications and systems using generative AI models and cloud or on-premises pipelines.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models in alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Design agentic AI solutions, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG architectures.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and optimize AI system performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Collaborate across multiple teams, make technical decisions, provide solutions, and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience is required, including a minimum of 5 years in Generative AI.
- Proficiency in Generative AI, Azure OpenAI Service, Large Language Models, and prompt engineering.
- Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Knowledge of generative model architectures and practical AI applications.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune deep learning models, neural networks, and transformer-based systems.
- Experience with conversational agents, chatbots, natural language processing, and image processing.
- Knowledge of agentic AI design, multi-agent orchestration, and RAG architecture.
- Insurance domain knowledge covering underwriting, claims, and policy.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
