Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a consultative capacity regarding Nice CXone products.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Configure Nice CXone products based on best practices.
- Track time and status within Nice CXone systems.
- Serve as project manager for end-to-end system life cycle development.
- Develop costing proposals and perform risk analysis for projects.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and subcontracted personnel.
Requirements
- Provide senior-level technical configuration and programming as required.
- Maintain expertise in industry-leading contact center technologies.
- Experience in project management and business systems design.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
- Familiarity with CRM, telecommunications infrastructure, and analytics.
