Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions from prototyping through production.
- Build LLM-based applications and workflows using RAG, tool/function calling, agents, APIs, data, and application services.
- Apply software engineering practices including testing, versioning, and CI/CD, using AI-assisted development tools for development, testing, and refactoring.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and collaboration with senior technical teams.
- Develop a specialization in evolving AI models, frameworks, patterns, and tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in software development, Data & AI, or related fields; significant experience from studies, internships, or personal projects may be considered for more junior profiles.
- Knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript.
- Concrete interest in Generative AI and Agentic AI; experience with LLMs, RAG, agents, or AI applications is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, Git, testing, and software development practices.
- Fluent English and an interest in technology, learning, problem solving, and teamwork.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other AI and cloud platforms is advantageous.
Benefits
- Annual gross salary under the Italian Metalworking Collective Agreement, with C3 or B1 classification and stated salary ranges of €28,748.59–€34,600 or €30,814.29–€40,800.
- Hybrid work arrangement indicated by the posting.
