Responsibilities
- Implement AI-powered delivery pipelines and architectural components under senior guidance.
- Support the design and testing of AI governance mechanisms, including validation checks, traceability logging, and identity boundary configurations.
- Build automated testing and evaluation routines for AI-generated outputs and conduct security and compliance checks.
- Document domain models, APIs, architecture decisions, and business rules in machine-readable formats.
- Support the integration, configuration, and delivery of AI components within existing system landscapes.
- Communicate with technical and progressively non-technical stakeholders and travel to client sites as needed.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in software development or technical roles, with exposure to cloud, backend, or system integration contexts.
- Foundational hands-on experience with LLM-based applications, AI agents, or machine learning platforms through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
- Working understanding of IT architectures, enterprise solutions, legacy systems, agentic AI, LLM orchestration, and AI-native architectures.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, platform engineering concepts, agent assembly lines, execution harnesses, and context engineering.
- Strong written and verbal Italian and English communication skills, with Italian and English at minimum B2 and C1 preferred.
- Ability to translate defined technical requirements into architectural components and work effectively in interdisciplinary, global teams.
- Willingness to travel to client sites in Italy and abroad.
